Maggie Ciafardini is an executive management consultant who helps CEOs and their executive teams develop, implement and sustain strategic initiatives across all functions. In particular, she supports the development of efficient and effective commercial strategies, serves as an internal consultant to coach and mentor the C Suite and provides a highly experienced resource to help find and vet new senior talent.Maggie was previously Managing Director of the Americas for PZ Cussons Beauty. She was appointed to the position in 2011 and spearheaded the American strategy across the PZ Cussons beauty portfolio, including St Tropez, Charles Worthington, Fudge and The Sanctuary. From the PZ Cussons Americas headquarters in New York City, Maggie also built and developed the PZ Cussons Beauty team across the U.S, Canada, Mexico and Brazil.
Prior to that Maggie was General Manager of TAAZ, a virtual online makeover technology company, where she was responsible for the growth and development of its Beauty Retail Division. She was responsible for initiating and managing TAAZ beauty partnerships with corporations such as the Estee Lauder Companies, Time Inc, Laura Mercier and HSN. She remains as an advisor to TAAZ and its board of directors.
Maggie also held positions in top prestige beauty companies, including serving as CEO of YSL Beauty USA where she led the Beauty and Fragrance Division and was directly responsible for the distribution, sales and marketing functions. Maggie also was the General Manager for Beaute Prestige International USA and Executive Director for Sales/Training for Bobbi Brown International, after having held other positions of responsibility at the Estee Lauder Companies in both the domestic and international divisions.
A native New Yorker with two grown boys, Maggie currently resides in Manhattan with her husband.
