Welcome to our November BRM Newsletter! It is hard to believe we are in the holiday season already, and 2024 is just around the corner. It is incredible how fast this year has gone by. Hopefully, it has been a great one for you.
We have been busy here at Barkley Consulting Group since our last newsletter. I delivered keynote presentations at the BRM Connect Conference in Portland, OR, and the SMFS Conference in Zurich, Switzerland. We most recently spent time with the BRM Community in the UK, where some great things are happening on the BRM front. And we have been traveling around the US and the world delivering the High-Performing BRM class to aspiring and seasoned BRMs.

The High-Performing BRM class remains a hot commodity, not only for experienced BRMs but beginners as well. We have now delivered the class to more than 600 BRMs. We are seeing BRMs bring others in IT (business analysts, project managers, architects, etc.) to the class so they get the same training and come to appreciate the value and importance of BRM.
If you haven’t been able to attend a session yet, we have virtual classes in December, January, March, and May. We also deliver in-person classes for organizations and have quite a few scheduled for the remainder of the year. You can get all the details below.
