Hello Colleague, I hope you have had a wonderful summer! We have been busy here at Barkley Consulting Group, and this month I wanted to share a few resources with you as we get back into the swing of things. My latest article is on The Significance of Empathy in BRM, which you can read below. Empathy is a critical skill to use in business (and in life), yet it is often ignored. When appropriately deployed, it can improve things for your partners and colleagues… and you. I also had the opportunity to conduct a webinar for the BRM Institute in June on The Art of BRM that I am including for you. We have been very busy with the High Performing BRM class – we have trained over 500 BRMs (and other participants) in the past year. If you haven’t been able to attend a session yet, we have three virtual trainings coming up, and a public event in the UK in November. We also deliver in-person trainings for organizations, and have quite a few scheduled for the remainder of the year. You can get all the details below.
